HAOne is a residence hall association management system designed to handle day-to-day operations, resident records, and financial accounting. It replaces manual spreadsheet tracking with a unified interface for hall administration, self-service resident utilities, and transparent financial reporting.

• Engineered automated PDF receipt and clearance document generation, eliminating manual paperwork and reducing administrative turnaround time.
• Designed and implemented a laundry facility reservation system with real-time availability tracking and Google Calendar integration, reducing scheduling conflicts and improving resource utilization.
• Integrated Gmail API to automate transactional email dispatching for payment receipts, statement of account issuances, and clearance certificates.
